If you are interested in holding an event at Mall of America®, please email us and include the following information:

• Name
• Company
• Address
• Phone number
• Detailed description of your event (See criteria below)
• Date preference(s)
• Event location preference(s).

Information regarding how to hold an event at Mall of America will be mailed to you within five business days after we receive your email. Once we review your proposal, Mall of America Events will contact you in regards to the approval process. Your event is not approved or confirmed until you receive written approval from Mall of America.

Event Criteria:
All events held at Mall of America must meet the following criteria.

1. Event must be unique.
2. Event must contain interactive components.
3. Event must drive traffic to the Mall.
4. Event must be free and open to the public.
5. Client must pre-promote and advertise the event.
6. Event must have potential for media coverage.
7. Insurance Policy with $2 million in general aggregate and each occurance
8. Media partner to sponsor the event (Community Relations events only)
9. Partner with a Mall of America sponsor or retail store. (Community Relations events only)

Musical Performances
If you are a music group wishing to perform at Mall of America, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must be signed to a major record label.
2. You must have radio airplay.
3. A retailer in the Mall (Sam Goody, Barnes & Noble, etc) must sponsor your event.

If you do not meet the above criteria, there are two other opportunities to perform:

Holiday Music Festival
Mall of America's annual Holiday Music Festival takes place between Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. Information on how to get involved in this event is sent in early September. Email us if you would like to have your name added to our mailing database. Please include the following information:

• Group name
• Contact person
• Address
• Phone number
• Size of group
• Music Style

Camp Snoopy
There is also the opportunity to perform on one of Camp Snoopy's stages during the year. Please call 952-883-8500 for more information.
