Attention all Muggles! Wizards-in-training are invited to celebrate J. K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." Join us on the eve of the release for the largest Midnight Magic Party in the Twin Cities. Activities galore will fill the evening until the clock strikes midnight, and Barnes & Noble will then begin to sell the highly-anticipated book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."
The magic begins at 3 p.m. Stop by Barnes & Noble to pick up a pass to purchase your very own copy of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." With this pass you will receive a coupon for The Park at MOATM.

Midnight Magic PartyIt's your chance to attend your favorite magic classes and activities:
- Mad Science: Make your very own secret potion! Mad Science will mystify you with their dry ice demonstration and show you how to make troll boogers. Also, create your own magic with their Van de Graeff generator.
- Horticultural Activity: Learn about herds and plant as you plant something to take home and grow.
- Spells on Demand: Stop by our resident spell maker to learn the perfect spell to grant your deepest wishes.
- Sorting Hat Game: Gryffindor, Slytherin, which house would you like to be in? Stop by this station to have the sorting hat put you into a house.
- House Badge: Make a badge to show your house spirit.
- Harry Potter Picture: Get your picture taken with Harry Potter!
- Design you photo frame: Blank photo frames are available (while supplies last) for you to decorate any way you want to help you remember your magical evening.
- Palm Reading: What does your future hold? Have a palm reader look at your hand to see what exciting things are in store for you.
- Lightning Bolt Tattoos: Get your own lightning bolt tattoo on your forehead and look just like Harry!
- Magic Amulet: Make a magical amulet to wear through your Midnight Magic adventure.
- Guess the number of Bertie's Botts: Guess the number of Bertie's Botts in the jar and you get to take a bag of beans home.

Event Guidelines
- Beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 20, you may pick up your pass to purchase to book in the Barnes & Noble store.
- You must have a pass to purchase a book at the Midnight Magic Party.
- Guests who have reserved the book prior to Thursday, July 21 will have priority in line.
- To reserve a copy of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," visit Barnes & Noble or call 952-854-1455. All reserved books must be picked up by Monday, July 23.
- Guests who have not reserved a book will get a pass that designates them as a walk-in and will be lined up after people who have made reservations.
