Mall of America gift cards are the perfect gift for any occasion and can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Gift cards may be purchased in person at any of our Guest Service desks in denominations between $20 and $500.

Guest Services Desk Purchases

Mall of America has four Guest Service desks conveniently located at all entrances on Level 1. Guest Service desks are open during Mall hours and the staff is available to answer any questions you may have, along with assisting you with other services available at the Mall.

  • Gift Card purchases can be made at Guest Services desks located at the East, West, North and South entrances on Level 1.
  • Guest Services desks are not able to sell quantities higher than 10 gift cards and any amount totallying more than $1,000.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network and cash accepted. Personal checks not accepted.
  • $2 Activation Fee per card applies.

Corporate Gift Card Orders

Gift cards in denominations between $10 and $500 may also be purchased through Corporate. See the back of your Mall of America gift card for issuer details.

To place a Corporate Phone Order, please call 952-883-8809. Please note that phone orders are for corporate requests only and are not for individual purchase. If you would like to purchase an individual gift card please visit one of our Guest Service desks in the Mall.

  • Personal checks not accepted.
  • Credit card used for payment must be presented at pick up.
  • Corporate checks are accepted for payment if accompanied by business card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

If a gift card is lost or stolen, it can be reissued by filling out a Gift Card Replacement Form which can be obtained at any Guest Services desk. Guests who find it difficult to visit Mall of America should call 952/883-8776 to request the form be faxed or mailed to them.
