With Mario Lopez's Fitness Workout, Mario offers a diverse exercise regimen that brings together sweat, discipline, and excitement to help readers achieve the best body possible with a workout they'll actually enjoy. With three stages designed to get the body in shape, build and sculpt muscle, and ultimately showcase one's fit new form, the workout exercises every part of the anatomy—torso, arms, legs, and trouble areas like the thighs and belly.

Mario Lopez Autograph Signing Guidelines:

1. You must have a Mall of America® issued wristband to enter the autograph line.
2. A limited number of wristbands will be distributed in the Rotunda starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 22.
3. To receive a wristband, you must have a copy of Mario Lopez's book "Mario Lopez's Knockout Fitness". Mario will not be signing memorabilia, you will be asked to put any memorabilia away before stepping on stage to meet Mario.
4. You will not be allowed on stage to meet Mario unless you have a wristband.
5. Each person in your party must be present to receive a wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable. No exceptions.
6. When you enter the autograph line, please remain in single file.
7. You must stay in line to keep your place. You may leave the line to use the restroom or get food for a short period of time. One person in your party must stay in line at all times.
8. If you choose to leave for an extended period of time, you must go to the end of the line when you return.
9. People wearing wristbands that have been tampered or altered will not be allowed through the autograph line. No exceptions.
10. No photographs with Mario will be allowed. All cameras must be put away before stepping on stage to meet Mario.
11. Your book must be purchased prior to meeting Mario Lopez. Books will be available at Barnes & Noble (E118) or in the Rotunda at 4 p.m.
