New Kids on the Block Performance and Autograph Signing

New Kids On The Block — five now fully-grown men who forever defined what the modern boy band would look and sound like — are back together for the very first time in nearly a decade and a half! "The Right Stuff" really is — at long last — returning to your block.

Help Best Buy® continue their Grand Opening Celebration with a special performance and autograph signing by New Kids on the Block. Reserve a place in the autograph line by pre-ordering the New Kids on the Block CD at Best Buy Mall of America. Pre-order "The Block" for $9.99, starting at 10 a.m., Friday, August 8. Limited-edition autograph passes will be issued with pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited.

Performance & Autograph Signing Guidelines:
  1. You can pre-order The New Kids on the Block CD "The Block" at the Best Buy Mall of America location (W340) starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 8. Each pre-order customer will receive a limited edition laminate while supplies last. In addition, a limited number of Best Buy/New Kids on the Block wristbands will be distributed with the pre-order laminate permitting placement in the autograph line. You will need to be wearing your wristband to enter the Best Buy autograph line in the Best Buy® Rotunda for the performance & autograph signing. Wristbands will be distributed at the Best Buy Mall of America location ONLY beginning at 10am.
  2. Mall of America staff must verify that you have purchased the pre-sale CD before you will be allowed to enter the Best Buy autograph line. You must be wearing your Best Buy/New Kids on the Block wristband to enter this area. Each person entering the autograph line must have their own wristband.
  3. Laminate / wristband purchases will be limited to 4 per person. Wristbands are non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Laminate only purchases have no limit.
  4. Anyone 12 years of age or older must have a Best Buy/New Kids on the Block wristband to be in the Best Buy autograph line. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  5. When you enter the autograph line, please remain single file.
  6. If you want to keep your space in line, you must stay in line. You may leave the line to use the restroom or get food for a short period of time. One person in your party must stay in line.
  7. If you choose to leave for an extended period of time, you must go to the end of the line when you return.
  8. The New Kids on the Block will not be signing memorabilia. You will be asked to put away items as you approach the stage. Please present your limited edition pre-order laminate for signing.
  9. Personalization will not be all allowed.
  10. No photos of the band will be allowed. All cameras will need to be put away once you approach the stage.
  11. People wearing wristbands that have been tampered with in any way will not be allowed through the line.
  12. A special needs area will be available for guests. If needed, each special needs guest can bring one additional person to this area. Please inform a Mall of America representative upon your arrival and we will escort you into this area. Space will be limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
PARENTAL ESCORT POLICY: We welcome all youth to Mall of America®, however on Friday and Saturday evenings youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older from 4 p.m. until close. One adult may supervise up to 10 youth. Anyone 21 years or younger should be prepared to show a current valid driver's license, state identification card, passport, or Mall of America employee identification card during the Parental Escort hours.

**Guests will be allowed to line up to purchase the New Kids on the Block laminate beginning at 4 a.m. on Friday, August 8. The line will be forming in the level 3 west central skyway and parking ramp level P4. Mall of America® will open the doors at 5 a.m. These will be the only doors opening for the event, if you enter through another entrance you will be asked to go to the end of the line that has already been formed. If you arrive on property before this time you will be asked to leave and return at a later time.
