  1. Toddler Tuesdays: Twelve Dancing Princesses

    Tuesday, March 10
    10 a.m. - Noon

    Presented by Stages Theatre Company

    Twelve sisters, all princesses, share a bedroom in which they are locked each night. Each morning, their shoes are found to have been worn through, as if the young ladies had danced all night long. A contest is begun, to discover what is going on. A brand new musical, produced in collaboration with Escalate Dance, continuing the performance partnership that has brought you Owl Moon and The Mitten in the past two seasons. Sneak peek shows at 10 and 11 a.m.

  2. Toddler Tuesdays: Animal Antics

    10 a.m. - Noon

    It’s a zoo in here!  In partnership with the Minneapolis Institute of Arts' Family Day program, encounter animals in art. Make and meet a fine feathered friend and explore paintings and prints from the MIA's “The Nature of Nature” exhibition.

  3. Toddler Tuesdays: Zumba Jr.

    Tuesday, March 31
    10 a.m. - Noon

    Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are a dance ‘n’ play party for lil’ feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where kiddies just let loose and be themselves – little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Stop by a class at 10 and 11 a.m.

  4. Walk to Cure Juvenile Arthritis

    Saturday, March 7
    7 - 9:30 a.m.

    Join us for the Walk to Cure Juvenile Arthritis (JA). Registration begins at 7 a.m., and the walk begins at 8:15 a.m. The Walk to Cure JA is an event to raise funds and create awareness to fight juvenile arthritis.   5. South Metro Job Fair

    The South Metro Job Fair can help you find the job that's right for you! There will be up to 40 participating metro area employers in attendance. You will have the opportunity to talk to company representatives about current job openings, pick up company information, complete company application forms, learn job responsibilities and performance requirements, practice the job-seeking skills that get people hired and more! Don't forget to wear appropriate business attire and to bring your resume!

  6. Purple Day Walk for Epilepsy & Brain Games

    Saturday, March 21
    9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

    The Anita Kaufmann Foundation is hosting a day-long event sponsored by Upsher-Smith Laboratories that aims to increase community awareness of the one-in-four children and their families who live with a-neurologic disorder. Grab your purple gear and walking shoes because we’re kicking off this exciting day with a walk around the Mall in support and recognition of Purple Day, an international epilepsy awareness day. The walk will be led by the Purple Day founder, sixteen year old Cassidy Megan and KS95’s Staci and Crisco of the Moon and Staci Show.  After the walk, KSTP news anchor Bill Lunn will kick off the carnival games in the MOA™ Rotunda.  Finally, in celebration of our young heroes, we’ll dance and celebrate to live music.

  8. Evan Lysacek Autograph Signing

    Tuesday, March 10
    4 p.m.

    Olympic Champion Evan Lysacek captured the gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada. In achieving this, he became only the 13th American to win Olympic Gold in figure skating. Together with his Olympic victory, Lysacek has won 11 major titles including a World championship, two U.S. championships, and two Four Continents Championships, making him the most decorated U.S. male skater of the past two decades.
