    Crash, clunk, kaboom! The trouble-some Curious George has left the Man in the Yellow Hat to meet you at Mall of America®. Don’t miss out on this barrel of monkeys! Meet Curious George from 10-10:30 and 11-11:30 a.m. and stick around for a craft project and storytime.

  4. Dance with Courage

    1 - 3 p.m.

    The Dance Arts Centre will be hosting the 9th annual Dance with Courage Dance-a-thon! Hundreds of local dancers will participate to help raise money for True Friends, a non-profit organization focused on providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities. So far, Dance with Courage has raised over $110,000 and their goal is to raise $20,000 at this year's event. There will be an opportunity for the public to join in on some fun social dances and see performances by the Vikings Cheerleaders and Dance Arts Centre's competition dancers. Campers will also be on hand to talk about their experiences with Camps of Courage and Friendship.

  5. Toddler Tuesdays: Dora & Diego Explore the Wild Day

    Tuesday, March 3
    10 a.m. - Noon

    Calling all explorers! Discover reptiles, amphibians and other creatures from the wild and make your own wild animal mask! Meet and greet with Dora and Diego from 10-10:30 and 11-11:30 a.m. and stick around for an animal jam dance party!

  6. Toddler Tuesdays: Twelve Dancing Princesses

    Tuesday, March 10
    10 a.m. - Noon

    Presented by Stages Theatre Company

    Twelve sisters, all princesses, share a bedroom in which they are locked each night. Each morning, their shoes are found to have been worn through, as if the young ladies had danced all night long. A contest is begun, to discover what is going on. A brand new musical, produced in collaboration with Escalate Dance, continuing the performance partnership that has brought you Owl Moon and The Mitten in the past two seasons. Sneak peek shows at 10 and 11 a.m.

  7. Toddler Tuesdays: Animal Antics

    It’s a zoo in here!  In partnership with the Minneapolis Institute of Arts' Family Day program, encounter animals in art. Make and meet a fine feathered friend and explore paintings and prints from the MIA's “The Nature of Nature” exhibition.

  8. Toddler Tuesdays: Zumba Jr.

    Tuesday, March 31
    10 a.m. - Noon

    Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are a dance ‘n’ play party for lil’ feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where kiddies just let loose and be themselves – little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Stop by a class at 10 and 11 a.m.

  9. Walk to Cure Juvenile Arthritis

    Saturday, March 7
    7 - 9:30 a.m.

    Join us for the Walk to Cure Juvenile Arthritis (JA). Registration begins at 7 a.m., and the walk begins at 8:15 a.m. The Walk to Cure JA is an event to raise funds and create awareness to fight juvenile arthritis.   10. JDRF One Walk, formerly JDRF Walk To Cure Diabetes

    7 - 10 A.M.

    The JDRF One Walk is a fun-filled event with excitement around every corner. Walk for an hour with no set distance and come back to the rotunda for a hopeful celebration.   12. Anna Todd Book Signing

    Anna Todd is a first-time writer spending her days in the Austin, Texas, area with her husband. Between her husband’s three deployments to Iraq, she worked odd jobs from a makeup counter to the IRS processing center. Anna was always an avid reader and boy band and romance lover, so now that she’s found a way to combine the three she’s enjoying living a real-life dream come true.
