Eat at the Chef's Counter!
Chef Matthew will personally create a five course dinner for you and your guests, and we will also pair wines to go specifically with each course. The counter is located at one end of the kitchen so Chef Matthew will be able to show diners what he is preparing and answer any questions about ingredients or techniques that he is using. This is great for anyone that has an interest in how a restaurant kitchen really works!
