Mall of America® has four Guest Service desks conveniently located at the east, west, north and south entrances on level one. The desks are open during Mall hours and are available to assist guests with questions and offer the following services:

You can purchase Mall of America gift cards and the Mall of America Coupon Book at all Guest Service desks. Souvenir shopping bags are also available for $2.
Theatres at Mall of America offers hearing/vision impaired equipment free of charge to guests. Equipment can be checked out at Theatre Guest Services located on Level 4, South. A valid ID/Driver’s License is required. To learn more click here.
Lockers are available for rent on Levels 1, 2 and 3 on the East and West side. There are also lockers available on Level 1, North and South, as well as the North Entrance to the Park underneath the Ferris Wheel. Lockers are all-day rentals only and come in different sizes. On Level 1, South and underneath the Ferris Wheel, jumbo lockers are available for luggage and larger items.

All rentals require a refundable $5 deposit due upon rental of equipment. All equipment not returned or returned damaged will be assessed the full value on the guest’s credit card.

Did you lose something while at Mall of America®? Guest Service desks throughout the Mall will be happy to assist with lost and found issues. There is also an online form available for missing items claims. When entering description of lost item, please be detailed and brief to only keywords so we may better assist you. E.g.: Black Nikon Coolpix P500 camera in brown leather case. Due to the large quantity of items turned in as lost articles, we are only able to hold items for a 2 week period before they are donated to charity.
