Mall of America® has four Guest Service Desks conveniently located at the East, West, North and South Entrances on Level one. The desks are open during Mall hours and are available to assist guests with questions and offer the following services:

Lockers are available to rent on levels 2, 3 and 4 at the East entrance and on level 1 on the West side next to the Guest Services desk. Lockers are all-day rentals only and come in three sizes to accommodate purchases and travel luggage:

Did you lose something while at Mall of America®? Guest Services Desks throughout the Mall will be happy to assist with lost and found issues. There is also an online form available for missing items claims.

Mall of America is committed to protecting your privacy. We continuously watch for email scams and other types of illegal activity and report such activity immediately to our guests and customers. Please notify Mall of America if you receive any suspicious email from someone representing themselves as Mall of America.

Email Scams

Mall of America is committed to protecting our guests. Email phishing is a type of fraud committed to gain your personal information. Please be cautious if you receive a phishing email which may include one of our company names or logos; Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe or Theatres at Mall of America. These emails may ask for your personal information. Mall of America will never ask for your personal information. Some phishing emails may also have attachments or links to a site with malware that can infect your computer. If you receive a suspicious email, do not click on any links or open any attachments.

Here’s what to look out for:

• Be suspicious of emails that begin with something generic like ‘Dear user’ or ‘Dear customer’ and that have typos or bad grammar.
• Our e-newsletters never include an individual’s name.
• Before you click, check the link by hovering your mouse pointer over it and indentifying what URL (website) is displayed. A legitimate link will have a website address/URL with mallofamerica.com  or blog.mallofamerica.com
