  1. Connor Franta Meet Up

    Connor Franta is an Internet sensation and global trendsetter with millions of followers on YouTube and many other social media platforms. He is the founder of Common Culture Coffee and works closely with The Thirst Project, a charity that provides clean drinking water in Africa. In his debut memoir, A Work in Progress, Franta shares the lessons he has learned on his journey from small-town boy to Internet sensation - so far. This full-color collection includes photography and childhood clippings provided by Connor and is a must-have for anyone inspired by his journey.     Let’s hit the links! Come give mini golf your best shot when we visit Moose Mountain Adventure Golf for Toddler Tuesdays! Grab a pair of moose ears, play up to nine holes with your toddler and win a fun prize!

  3. March of Dimes March for Babies

    7 - 10 A.M.

    The MN Chapter of the March of Dimes will combine 9 communities across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota for the annual March for Babies with a goal to raise $1 million dollars to support healthy moms and babies.  Join thousands of walkers to celebrate the advances made by the March of Dimes and learn what new discoveries are on the horizon.  In addition to the walk, the first 750 kids, 12 and under that participate in the Teddy Bear Clinic will receive a free teddy bear!  After the walk, enjoy a free family movie, Despicable Me, along with Minions who will be available for photographs.

     You can register as an individual walker or a member of a walk team. There is also day-of-registration located in the Rotunda. If you are unable to participate, you can still support March of Dimes services by making a donation or sponsoring a participant.

  4. Midwest Robotics League: Regional Competition

    Saturday, April 25 - Sunday, April 26
    1 - 6:30 p.m. (Saturday) and 1 - 5 p.m. (Sunday)

    Please join the Midwest Robotics League and cheer on the teams as they compete in the regional combat robotics competition! Watch high school and college students pit 15-pound robots against each other in head-to-head matches! Our competition challenges students’ design and manufacturing skills, as they perform destructive testing with their robots.

  5. The Ordway Presents: Sound of Music Auditions

    Saturday, April 25
    Noon - 4 p.m.

    The Ordway is hosting open auditions for children between the ages of 6 and 16 for the cast of its upcoming holiday production, The Sound of Music, running December 10, 2015 - January 2, 2016. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to star as one of the Von Trapp children at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. Auditionees will perform a chorus of "My Favorite Things" individually and as a group. Registration for auditions is currently full. Learn more.

    Bring your old bank statements, tax documents, bills, canceled checks, legal documents, personal medical information, investment statements, and more! For only $5 per box, the Bloomington Rotary will shred any old documents securely and safely. All documents will be shredded on-site while you watch and you will receive a certificate of destruction. All proceeds will go to the Bloomington Rotary, which supports non-profit organizations, programs, and charities in the City of Bloomington.

    Michael Buckley, American Internet celebrity, comedian, YouTube award winning vlogger and pop culture expert. Michael  has worked as part of the Icenetwork broadcast team for U.S. Figure Skating Championships for the past three seasons.

    Brian Orser, World Champion, two-time Olympic Silver Medalist, and eight-time Canadian Champion. Brian is coach to World and Olympic champion Yuzuru Hanyu and World and European champion Javier Fernandez.

    Rohene Ward, Minnesota own four-time U.S. Championship competitor and principal performer in multiple ice shows. Rohene is best known for his amazing choreography to U. S. Champion and Olympic sensation Jason Brown. Rohene will also be competing at the U.S. Professional Figure Skating Championships on May 23rd in Bloomington. Admission is free to the public!

  14. Alex's Lemonade Stand

    Please join us for the 11th Annual Minnesota Alex's Lemonade Stand! Here you will have the opportunity to offer a donation for a great cause and assist in reaching a goal of $25,000 for Childhood Cancer Research! The event will include three stands with ice cold lemonade, and a silent auction with great items - some of which will be donated by the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins! There will be live music by the Eagan High School Cache, and Victoria Dance Productions will also be featured in two amazing dance shows at Noon and 2 p.m.

  16. Gretchen Carlson Book Signing

  17. Magic: the Gathering Prerelease Tournament

    Join us to play Magic: the Gathering on a grand scale! Participants will be able to play and take home the new set, Magic Origins, before the cards are even on the shelves in stores!
