    To celebrate February as National Weddings Month, K102 and Mall of America® are orchestrating one of the most spectacular wedding surprises of all time. Fourteen lucky couples will have the opportunity to win a Ferris Wheel wedding during “Love Makes the World Go Around” on National Ferris Wheel Day, which also happens to be February 14, Valentine’s Day. This special ceremony will take place on the Ferris Wheel inside Mall of America® where 14 weddings will simultaneously be officiated by Chapel of Love. When the line, “you may kiss the bride” is said, each couple will stand up and kiss. When the ceremony is complete, the Ferris Wheel will begin and the duos will enjoy their first magical ride as a married couple.

  3. American Heart Association Go Red for Women Event

    The American Heart Association launched Go Red for Women to raise awareness and help women take preventative action to reduce their personal risk factors for heart disease. Nearly 460,000 women die annually of heart disease, about one woman every minute - more than the next four leading causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer.

    The media and general public are invited to attend free activities at Mall of America in honor of National Wear Red Day. Learn about risks for heart disease and how to take action to live healthier. Free give-a-ways and drawings will be available.

  4. Free Family Flicks - Mr. Poppers Penguins

    Join Theatres at Mall of America for Free Family Flicks every Saturday at 10 a.m. On Saturday, February 4 they will be showing "Mr. Poppers Penguins."

    Through a partnership with Autism Speaks, a sensory friendly auditorium is also available. The sensory friendly auditorium has the lights turned up, the sound turned down and guest are welcome to sing, dance or walk around.
