  1. Out of the Blue: Skylar Stecker Performance + Autograph Signing

    Pepsi® and KDWB present Out of the Blue at Mall of America! The final act in this summer series is a special appearance and autograph signing with 13-year-old singer/songwriter Skylar Stecker! The Wisconsin native, whose YouTube channel has over 27 million views and 300,000 subscribers, is gearing up to release her full-length debut album This Is Me due out on September 25. Stecker made waves with her self-released EP Firecracker earlier this year, with MTV Hits tapping her for their 2015 "Fresh Faces" music video block and critics raving about her “super infectious” single "Hey."   5. South Metro Area Job Fair

    The South Metro Job Fair can help you find the job that's right for you! There will be up to 40 participating metro area employers in attendance. You will have the opportunity to talk to company representatives about current job openings, pick up company information, complete company application forms, learn job responsibilities and performance requirements, practice the job-seeking skills that get people hired and more! Don't forget to wear appropriate business attire and to bring your resume!

    A monthly exploration into the strange side of cinema, Theatres at Mall of America proudly presents: TAPE FREAKS. Each month we will bring you a weird, unique, and cheesy movie we think deserves a larger audience. This series is based on the days when scouring the shelves of your local video store, relying on the cover art and misleading descriptions on the backs, would get you movies that would blow you away, make you cringe, or both. The movies will remain secret until the title hits the screen, but we'll be dropping hints on the Tape Freaks blog to give you an idea of what to expect.   7. National Drive Electric Week Ride and Drive

    Please join Drive Electric Minnesota in celebrating National Drive Electric Week! National Drive Electric Week is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in electric vehicles and highlights the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars. The kickoff event of the week allows you to get behind the wheel of the latest electric vehicle (EV) models for a test ride or drive! Come out and interact with EV owners to learn about their experience driving electric.   9. Book Signing with TWLOHA Jamie Tworkowski

    You’re invited to join us for a reading and book signing with Jamie Tworkowski, author of the New York Times Bestselling book “If You Feel Too Much.” Tworkowski is the founder of To Write Love on Her Arms , a nonprofit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, selfinjury, and suicide. TWLOHA will host a special all day event that invites you to engage in a conversation about mental health and what your hope for tomorrow is. This is the organization’s final event during National Suicide Prevention Week.

  10. To Write Love on Her Arms Presents: "We'll See You Tomorrow"

    Non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms will host a special all-day event that invites you to engage in a conversation about mental health and what your hope for tomorrow is with their "We'll See You Tomorrow" Campaign.  This is the organization's final event during National Suicide Prevention Week.  Stick around for a reading and book signing by Jamie Tworkowski, TWLOHA's founder and author of the New York Times Bestselling book "If You Feel Too Much."

  20. Ballroom Dance Showcase

    Come and watch some of the best ballroom dancing in the Twin Cities on Wednesday, October 28!  USA Dance-MN will sponsor an all-star showcase of ballroom dancing from waltz, tango, and foxtrot, to swing and many formation team performances by dancers of all ages!  A fun-filled evening highlighting the talents of many local competitors!  You just might want to get up and dance too!
