    It’s a serious summer at Nickelodeon Universe – we take summer adventures surprisingly seriously! We’ll have It’s Your Turn daily game shows at 1, 2, and 3 p.m. where all kids are welcome! Compete for the chance to spin the game wheel and win once-in-a-lifetime experiences including the world’s smallest shopping spree, a sweet ride or a sliming.

  2. Vikings Back to Football

    Thursday, August 27

    Celebrate the return of Vikings Football! Have your photo taken with Vikings Cheerleaders, win Vikings prizes and meet Vikings players! Stop by the Rotunda at Mall of America to register for the TCO Vikings 5k (held on Saturday, August 29 at Winter Park in Eden Prairie) or pick up your t-shirt and bib if you have already registered. To register for the Vikings 5K in advance, visit Vikings.com/run. Autograph signings will happen at 5, 6 and 7 p.m. Wristbands for the autograph signings will be distributed at the Vikings Locker Room (Level 1, East), starting at 3 p.m. One autograph per person with a wristband. No purchase necessary. Players are subject to change.

  4. Out of the Blue: Tyus Jones Meet + Greet

    Pepsi® and KFAN present Out of the Blue at Mall of America! Next up in this summer series is a special appearance and meet + greet with Tyus Jones of the Minnesota Timberwolves! Jones is fresh off his first season playing for the Duke Blue Devils where he was named NCAA Basketball Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player during Duke's victory in the 2015 National Championship game. Now the Apple Valley native will begin his first NBA season with his home-state team, the Minnesota Timberwolves! Grab your friends and come on out for an awesome evening with one of basketball’s newest standout players!

    Amy Klobuchar the daughter of a newspaperman and a schoolteacher, is Minnesota’s senior United States Senator. A Democrat, she was first elected to the Senate in 2006; she was later reelected in a landslide and named to Senate leadership. A national leader, she has a well-earned reputation for working across the aisle to pass legislation that supports families, workers, and businesses. She and her husband, John, have a daughter, Abigail, who is in college.

  7. The Willis Clan Performance + Autograph Signing

    Life for the Willis family has never been what one might call normal. Their newest studio album release, Heaven, is the musical culmination of their journey thus far and is written, performed, engineered and produced by various members of the 14-person family. They broke out at the end of 2013 when they were named the “TODAY” show's Sound of Music Family. This appearance led to an initial audition on the ninth season of “America's Got Talent” with their cover of "A Few Of My Favorite Things" that has now garnered over six million views on YouTube. The video got the attention of TLC executives and a reality show centered on the family premiered in May 2015. The only way to fully experience the many talents of the Willis family is to stop by and meet them for yourself!

  8. TOMODACHI x mt tape Art Exhibit + Launch Party

    Please join designer toy store and gallery TOMODACHI for a special art exhibit and launch party featuring artwork created with Japanese washi tape brand, mt masking tapeCo-presented by TOMODACHI and Minneapolis contemporary art space Public Functionary, the event will include music, refreshments, hourly raffles, in-store specials, art activities and a display of artwork that ranges from installation art to 2D and 3D pieces.   9. Zach Parise Meet + Greet

    Calling all hockey fans! Minnesota Wild star left wing and two-time Olympian Zach Parise, will be visiting Mall of America to meet + greet with his biggest fans! His move back to Minnesota in 2012 represented a homecoming for Parise, who grew up in the Twin Cities. Entering his fourth season with the Wild, Parise, the team’s scoring leader in 2014-15, has led Minnesota to three straight NHL playoff berths. We hope you can join us for this awesome event!

    A monthly exploration into the strange side of cinema, Theatres at Mall of America proudly presents: TAPE FREAKS. Each month we will bring you a weird, unique, and cheesy movie we think deserves a larger audience. This series is based on the days when scouring the shelves of your local video store, relying on the cover art and misleading descriptions on the backs, would get you movies that would blow you away, make you cringe, or both. The movies will remain secret until the title hits the screen, but we'll be dropping hints on the Tape Freaks blog to give you an idea of what to expect. Learn more about each month's masterpiece of VHS delight.

  13. Out of the Blue: Skylar Stecker Performance + Autograph Signing

    Pepsi® and KDWB present Out of the Blue at Mall of America! The final act in this summer series is a special appearance and autograph signing with 13-year-old singer/songwriter Skylar Stecker! The Wisconsin native, whose YouTube channel has over 25 million views and 280,000 subscribers, is gearing up to release her full-length debut album This Is Me due out on September 25. Stecker made waves with her self-released EP Firecracker earlier this year, with MTV Hits tapping her for their 2015 "Fresh Faces" music video block and critics raving about her “super infectious” single "Hey." Grab your friends and join us for an exciting afternoon with Skylar!

    The South Metro Job Fair can help you find the job that's right for you! There will be up to 40 participating metro area employers in attendance. You will have the opportunity to talk to company representatives about current job openings, pick up company information, complete company application forms, learn job responsibilities and performance requirements, practice the job-seeking skills that get people hired and more! Don't forget to wear appropriate business attire and to bring your resume!

  17. National Drive Electric Week Ride and Drive

    Please join Drive Electric Minnesota in celebrating National Drive Electric Week! National Drive Electric Week is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in electric vehicles and highlights the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars. The kickoff event of the week allows you to get behind the wheel of the latest electric vehicle (EV) models for a test ride or drive! Come out and interact with EV owners to learn about their experience driving electric.
