Mall of America® is thrilled to announce that Cotton & Snow, a vibrant and innovative dessert concept known for its premium shaved ice and signature cotton candy creations, will soon be opening its doors, marking its first Minnesota location. As the state’s debut of Cotton & Snow, guests will be among the very first in Minnesota to experience this exciting new dessert destination.
Originally founded in Nashville in 2017, Cotton & Snow quickly built a loyal following with its high-quality shaved ice, organic cotton candy, and locally sourced ice cream. The brand now brings its signature energy and crave-worthy treats to Mall of America, offering guests a fresh and flavorful new experience. Cotton & Snow is best known for its ultra-fine shaved ice, which boasts a texture often likened to snow. Crafted through a specialized process and an advanced water filtration system ensuring exceptional purity and texture, each flavor is made with real fruit and premium ingredients, including 100% pure cane sugar with no corn syrup. Its signature offering, shaved ice topped with freshly spun cotton candy, has become a fan favorite and a true standout on the menu.
Guests can expect a wide variety of offerings, from signature shaved ice creations like Strawberry Shortcake, Hawaiian Rainbow, and Banana Pudding, to the brand’s namesake Cotton & Snow, featuring cotton candy flavors topped with ice cream.
