Mall of America® will soon welcome Korean food concepts Noriteo + Noriteo Express for their first two Minnesota locations

BLOOMINGTON, MN — June 29, 2026

Mall of America announces the arrival of Noriteo, a first-to-market immersive build-your-own ramyun concept, opening two locations at MOA later this year. Designed as a modern “ramen library,” Noriteo blends interactive dining, Korean food culture, customizable ramyun, boba beverages, and photo-driven experiences that encourage social engagement and content creation.

“Noriteo brings a fresh, immersive dining experience to Mall of America that we know guests will be excited to explore,” said Chivas Alejo, Director of Leasing and Special Projects at Mall of America. “From customizable ramyun and boba to the energetic atmosphere and interactive elements throughout the space, Noriteo delivers a unique, experience-driven concept that resonates with today’s guests.”

The name Noriteo means “playground” in Korean, reflecting the brand’s playful and experiential approach to food and entertainment. With 13 existing locations in the U.S., the Mall of America openings will mark the brand’s first locations in Minnesota. Noriteo’s goal is to create engaging spaces where people of all ages can taste, play, and connect. Guests can explore a curated ramen wall featuring a wide variety of flavors and options, alongside interactive photo booths and themed photo moments designed to capture the fun and energy of K-culture.

Noriteo will debut with two distinct concepts at Mall of America:

• Noriteo – A larger flagship location featuring expanded seating and immersive experiential elements. Located on Level 3, West.
• Noriteo Express – A fast-paced, high-energy format. Located in the Metro Transit Station on the East side of the Mall.

Bringing together Korean street food, playful culture, and vibrant experiences under one roof, Noriteo aims to give every guest a firsthand taste of Korean joy.
